Solar irrigation

Nepal is facing problem of climate change like early monsoon or later monsoon and it has been affecting regular practice of village. During preparation of this project with local we saw drought even in the monsoon due to the late monsoon. The project will support the livelihood of local communities and adapt the climate change that effecting drought even in monsoon season. It will provide services for developing cash crops in off-season also.

The project will support for solar photovoltaic, submersible pumps, required materials and deep boring. Running cost of solar water pumping system is very little as it has no cost for fuel.

This project will value add for women groups to improve livelihood and health and improve living standard with regular income from cash crops and better nutrition for family health.
