Unica Foundation has signed an agreement with the Nepalese management consultancy firm Fusion Initiatives (FI). Fusion Initiatives offers consulting services in the development management sector in Nepal and is founded by Ramesh Paudyal. By this agreement, Ramesh and his firm represent the Unica Foundation in Nepal by delivering overall project management and support.
Ramesh lives in Kathmandu and is a graduated sociologist. He had an additional master’s degree in “Management of Development” at the Dutch University of Wageningen in 2012. Ramesh contains the excellent combination for being able to carry out technical projects with a social and cultural approach. He has previously worked for Dutch organizations in Nepal. His experience and knowledge related to development and his background as a sociologist are a good addition to the foundation.
The Unica Foundation has spent over a million Euro’s in Nepal during the past 10 years to support projects initiated by Shanti Griha, NRCS Kaski, the Maya Foundation and Renewable World. Payments by the Unica Foundation are always made directly to the benificent Nepalese NGO’s.
