During the board meeting of the Unica Foundation, Roy Voss has been appointed as a board member of the foundation. With his years of involvement with the Unica Foundation, he’ll now be also active in the board of the foundation.
Roy was the initiator of the activities of the Unica Foundation in Nepal in 2007. He convinced former Unica director Daan van Vliet of the possibilities that the company could offer in the developing country with its technical knowledge. Together with Daan van Vliet, Roy founded the Unica Foundation, during which he initiated and guided various technical projects in Nepal in the past decade.
In November 2017 Roy chose a challenge outside Unica after almost 19 years of employment. He remained involved in the foundation. With his company D&E Interim Project Support, a project agency in the installation technology sector, he also became a partner of the Unica Foundation this summer. In his new official management role for the foundation, he remains responsible for projects. The other board members of the Unica Foundation are Daan van Vliet (chairman), Bert Moser (finance), Bert Bruins (education) and Edwin Koers (fundraising).
